Baking Workshop

My 1st hands-on baking workshop on Strawberry Shortcake.

Hands-on. It is really hands-on-the-work lor. no cake mixer... whip and beat, everything using the manual mode. My hands are really tired....

but.. the teacher is really nice!!! i like her. she taught in palate sensations before - the place i wanna go learn baking and cooking after i completed my current studies. hahahaha.... now she is free lancing, teaching in schools, cc (community centers, country clubs), etc.

ya.. not nice, i noe.. no nid to say so much. my whipped cream, i whipped till spoilt. muahahaha.. so.. i got contributions from some of the kind people in class. ;p

Have not tried yet.. will let those who tried tell you...
