baked my pineapple tarts on sat. haha... i used the pre-packed pineapple filling. tot it will be very sweet but it was okay. and i opened an extra package, so in the end, i had too much filling left. so mum went to roll big balls of pineapple paste to place on top of the pastry. yucks... the whole tart is so so so sweet lor... bleah.... anyway, i m quite happy with my pastry this time round. dunno why it turned up to be so nice. dunno how to describe. lol....
