the last part of the journey -- to hcm! a tremendous change from the previous! :D here, everything was good! the tour guide, anh, was good too! he tried to accomodate us and make us comfortable coz he heard of our previous trip thru his agency. lol~

first day, first lunch, we had seafood! and more seafood for the rest of the meals. hahaha... uli saw my happy face coz i like seafood!!! went sightseeing for the first day; to Notre Dame Cathedral, Central Post Office and before dinner to Ben Thanh Market. The people there knew how to speak english, mandarin, cantonese and some hokkien. omg... we were unable to discuss among ourselves privately. hahaha... There, i bought 1kg of Blue Mountain and a big big bag. [Mummy said it seemed as if i were gg to run away from home with the big bag! hahahaha....] I spent most of the money (the leftover from hanoi and the 20usd that i changed) on the coffee and bag on the first day. Big spender!

The next afternoon, after lunch, we went to the War Museum. Then to Panoroma 33 for sightseeing (the tallest storey in hcm). We had blue sky and french fries!! and after that, we went for shopping at the city area. The shopping centers were nicely decorated in preparation for Christmas. So much nicer than Sg. oopss.. maybe coz the decors were considered to be kiddy??? Today, many were sick due to food poisoning on the previous night. such a saddening day.

After dinner, we went to the night market outside Ben Thanh Market for shopping! bought quite a few stuff. Luckily i went to exchange for more dong at the Rex Hotel. lol.. the rate was better!

We had dim sum for lunch the next day! haha.. it's been such a long time! however, the food was only so-so. haiz... after lunch, we went to the supermarket to do a bit of shopping and went back to the hotel to wait for dinner. There, after i packed my bag, i fell asleep on my bed. mq and ce were playing cards when i awoke a while later. i din hear the bell rang coz i was so tired. They finally knew how sound i slept that day coz in the morning when they rang the bell and knocked the door for quite a while, no one opened the door. coz mq was bathing and i was still sleeping. lol... i heard nothing at all!!! hahaha... finally, after so many days and when i was about to leave for home, i slept like pig!

We had dinner on a cruise. No seasick for all of us and the dinner was alright. However, it was not windy at all. so sad... i expected it to be windy coz it was at night and on the river. haiz.... We took some pics and i loved one of them -- is ce's pic... heee the one that i took. so nice manz...

After dinner, we went to shop more to spend all the dong we had. continued to buy stuff and i knew my luggage wont be able to take them. haha.. in the end, i threw away my zanta bag and used the new bag i bought. so sad... i was so reluctant to throw the zanta bag away coz i bought it with ro. but then... anyway, mum told me to throw it away coz the front pocket was really very ugly! lol...

oooo... it was quite difficult to cross the road in hcm. there were many traffic lights and motorbikes. and very few traffic lights where pedestrians could use to cross. Thus, there were a few of these tourist traffic police at each zebra crossing, helping tourists like us to cross. cool man... this is their job! haha...
