went for a "post-wedding" dinner at jumbo yest. is a 10-dish course with most of them having seafood as the main item. let me see... seafood shark's fin soup (got big pieces of crab meat inside with dried scallop), lobster, beijing roast duck skin (the d.i.y. kind that you wrap the roasted skin and cucumber slice with a skin(alamak.. i dunno what the skin is called)), scallop wrapped with yam ring, donut with seafood paste, sea cucumber with mushrooms and spinach (the mushrooms are yummy!), duck meat (this one is the meat without the skin. from the previous dish. the meat very very salty), fried seafood fishcake (the top skin is a thin layer of crispy chicken skin!!!), the normal noodles that we always eat during this type of dinner and lastly, honeydew with sago. hee... was very full yest.... haha...
