it's a special day. my first baking session with frens - uli, mq and yn at mq's house. hehe... today, we tried the impossible and it was considered to be a success. yay yay yay! coz everything was good, with a few exceptions that are explainable. haha...

1) the mango cream might taste a bit chao tar - oops.. i cooked it. lolx~ coz i nvr stir the mango mixture when pouring in the egg mixture.
2) crust too thick - too bad lah.. we dun have rolling pin and nvr flatten to 3mm thick.
3) the mango cream filling was still liquid liquid - coz we dun have time to wait for it to coagulate in the fridge.

anyway, we had another big success! chocolate chip muffins. wahhahaa... a bit sweet but they nvr become cookies. they are still muffins! nice nice muffins. :D i will leave two to bring to work for boss and e. heeee... coz boss told me to bring some for him. bleah~ and i m gg to bake them soon by myself at home. :p

our muffins :D although the outer crust is a bit hard, they taste real good!!! there is a reason y they become so hard. hahha.. i believe this wont happen to me when i bake them either this week or next week.
