another small baking session of mine at home. haha... this time round, i tried brownie. *the portion is just enough for the 6 of us. but then, haha... i divided among many pple. in the end, hmm, my bro did not have enuff to eat. oooo he's a big eater, esp for first time food.* i forgot to spread the top evenly before i put the mixture into the oven. hehe... so got a few bubbles. dunno why the top layer became crust inside of the soft layer. so, it doesnt have a good appearance. hahaha.... nvm.. think is the level positioning of my tray.

now, the taste. again, a bit too sweet. muahaha... i think mich is gg to say me again. i m too generous with my sugar. hmm... inside, it is soft and moist and quite chocolatey. but, i think it is a bit oily. maybe i can cut down on the butter too. this time round, it is jus a normal plain brownie coz i dunno whether my try will be edible. next time bah when i bake again, i will put some walnuts inside. :D
