yippeee.... i bake pineapple tarts today and i succeeded. my first try. haha... all thanks to jo's secret recipe. but then, the paste is too sweet. lolx. will take note of that and add in less sugar next time. mum and dad say the tarts are nice. geee... but dunno y the bottom of the tarts are always a bit chao ta... haiz... make the tarts taste more like biscuits. actually, there are quite a few faults with the tarts as you can see. haha.. and the last problem is that the tarts are too white. dun have the nice nice yellow colour that i buy from outside. hmm....

anyway, quite happy that i finally succeeded in my first try. hohohoho~ coz i always fail and my dad says i m wasting my time, money and his money (coz of the electicity bills lah). heee
