sometimes blogging can be quite irritable. maybe becoz i do not have much patience to wait for this site to load and load and load. it always too quite sometime to open up a link. haiz~ anyway, it's been quite sometime since i blog coz of this simple reason.

well, u see.. after reading some blogs, i think i shld also have this in coz this is wat i wanted to on that day but in no mood to wait for the site to load. had this presentation and two grps as usual will be presenting on the same case whereby there will be a winner and loser. we went first coz the other grp had no response. anyway, we are quite satisfied with wat we had but in the end, both grps had almost the similar ideas in terms of recommendations but we touched on something that the other grp didnt and it was what he wanted. so in the end, he said he cldnt decide who shld win and then started with this "effort" story. in the real world, nobody is gg to tok abt effort and see and think and feel how much of this effort you have put into your work...... and in the end, he said a sentence that really struck me dumbfounded - i think based on the effort i saw, if your grp put in 10hrs of effort, then the other grp will have 15hrs. WAT?! so what is the whole effort story that he had been toking abt earlier on means? it is some bullshit or consolation? and he kept toking on and on abt this effort thingy. the main reason why he said we had less effort is coz our slides have fewer words, and the report in double spacing has lesser words. so what? shld ppt slides be filled with words to demonstrate a lot of effort? and in his outline, i remember that the report shld be in doublespacing but the other grp didnt. coz they had so many things to write that their whole report was in singlespacing. and so? we left out many things unwritten too in the report. if he wanted to compare this, i dun think we will lose out to them. and furthermore, the gals in the other grp look like they were gg to cry and he immediately consoled them. so shitty... so wat? he walked over and tok to us and then shook out hands. wat does this means? i have been observing since week 3 or 2.. cannot remember. he shakes hands with the losing team. so? he said he will consider the results but in the end? ......

anyway, this is only a part and parcel of life where there will certainly be events like this and people like this. so? life has to go on and this will further impact on me the type of pple this belongs to.

on the same day, i met with jo and ju after meeting for dinner. had don jus opp our sch. first time there. the sushi was nice and we were the first customers during that period of time. haha... had many interesting topics to tok abt over dinner. then had chendol with ju coz jo went for meeting. haha... we spent a long time on our dessert too.. hehe.. ju is gg back tonight. hope to see her again soon. :D

hehe... combining so many things into one blog. too much le.. but haha.. got one last one! had breakfast with mich, ro, bel and uli today. our first breakfast together in so many years. haha.. went to cartel and omg.. so long nvr go there and they had service charge now. it is no more like the past - became like a normal restaurant managed style. jus call them and they will serve us and we have to pay the service charge. the food is not good. cold french toast and bacon and sausages. haiz.. everything is cold cold one.. the food is already being cooked long ago and they nvr warm it up before serving us... bleah!!! then the tea tasted so diluted... yucks... not gg there for breakfast le.. think mac will be better than them and i will be more willing to pay mac that service charge if they have one. wahhahaa... but i shall see whether the service standard will drop... this is the result of taking a sp course.. haha.. everything abt service levels.. too addicted le. ;p
