running has exited from my life for around three years! and now it has made its way back.

was thinking why would anyone has the determination to exercise every week or even everyday? it is so tiring and routine. for me, exercising is only for me to burn fats but is not a first choice. going on diet will be more suitable for a lazy pig like me! but this time round, dieting din seem to work for me coz i am always sitting down in the office.

surprised to many, this is the first time I actually worked out in a gym. was late for the "date" coz of the rainy weather and i overslept. end up not exercising for long in the gym! and tried out only the treadmill. was panting and my whole face turned red and pinkish after the jog. it was a feeling i have not had for so long.

now, i have made up my mind to go there once every week. i have to get fit! ~jia you for me~
