I did something terribly wrong today.

I was asked to check the names of those who nvr submitted the feedback form for this year. Dunno why it din go into my mind. So ended up checking for every single name on the list. Then cl told me again is this year, so finished checking, I went to send the email to the people for their feedback. OMG!!! This year = Oct 2004 onwards but I took it as Jan 2004 onwards.
